Wisconsin’s Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council will recommend that lawmakers increase the maximum weekly permanent partial disability payment by a cumulative 18.8% over two years.
The council at a Wednesday meeting approved increasing the weekly PPD maximum benefit to $415 for injuries occurring in 2022 from the current rate of $362. The council also approved increasing the maximum weekly benefit again to $430 for 2023 injuries.
