Former Sheriff's Deputy Sentenced to Home Detention for Workers' Comp Fraud

A former sheriff’s deputy in San Jose has been sentenced to 120 days in jail and ordered to pay $22,800 in restitution for filing a fraudulent workers’ compensation claim in 2015, according to the KRON Channel 4 television station in San Francisco.
