Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Jessica Altman will resign her position Friday, the governor’s office announced.
Before being appointed insurance commissioner, Altman served as chief of staff for the Insurance Department. She also held positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight.
