The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has posted notice of its intent to review a rule on reimbursement for health and behavior assessment and intervention (HBAI) services. The services are offered to injured workers who may have behavioral barriers to their recovery. Rule 4123-6-33 would make workers eligible for the services if: They are not progressing with their injury after their initial course of treatment.
