Datavant Acquires AI-Driven Medical Analysis Company

Datavant, a health care data platform that serves the workers' compensation industry, on Thursday announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire DigitalOwl, an AI-driven medical data analysis company based in New York. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
