DWC Posts Additional Update to DMEPOS Section of Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday announced that it posted an order adjusting the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to relevant 2021 changes in the Medicare payment. The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued a revised DMEPOS file for the second quarter of 2021 on April 6.
