High Court Upholds PTSD Award and Penalty, Vacates Finding That OSTD Is Compensable

The Minnesota Supreme Court affirmed the finding that a Minneapolis police officer had a compensable claim for post-traumatic stress disorder and was entitled to an additional penalty award because the city's denial was frivolous.
