Trump Nominates Former Amazon Safety Exec to Lead OSHA

President Donald Trump nominated a former safety executive for UPS and Amazon to head up the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Congressional records, along with the notice on the White House website, indicate that David Keeling was nominated to be an assistant secretary of labor. Media outlets, including Bloomberg Law, however, report that he was nominated to succeed Doug Parter as head of OSHA.
