Supreme Court Clarifies Filing Period for Firefighter Cancer Claims

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a cancer claim by a firefighter is controlled by a 600-week statute of limitations period, not the 300-week period generally applicable to occupational disease claims.
