The Oregon Workers' Compensation Board announced that it is performing a periodic review of rules governing fees for attorneys who represent insurers and self-insured employers.
In addition to seeking comments from members of the advisory committee that helped draft the rules, the board is also accepting public comments on the regulations.
The WCB said comments should answer questions including whether the rules achieved their intended effect and whether the anticipated costs of complying with the rules were accurate.
