Attorney Fee Rules Up for Review

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Board announced that it is performing a periodic review of rules governing fees for attorneys who represent insurers and self-insured employers. In addition to seeking comments from members of the advisory committee that helped draft the rules, the board is also accepting public comments on the regulations.
