Eastern Alliance Buys Great Falls' Comp Renewal Rights

Eastern Alliance Insurance Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of ProAssurance Corp., announced on Thursday that it will purchase the renewal rights to Great Falls Insurance Co.’s book of workers’ compensation business. Great Falls, a mono-line workers’ compensation insurer based in Auburn, Maine, writes business in Maine and New Hampshire. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
