State Employee Charged in Alleged Plot to Oust Chief Comp Judge

West Virginia state police have charged an employee of the Workers’ Compensation Office of Judges with a misdemeanor for allegedly sending a Facebook message to make it appear that Chief Administrative Law Judge Rebecca Rousch was harassing her. The Aug. 19 criminal complaint by Senior Trooper M.D. Strobbe accuses Nancy L.
