Judge Orders PAC to Retract Mailers That Smeared Reform Proponent

A Pennsylvania court on Wednesday ordered a political action committee allegedly controlled by the Philadelphia claimants’ firm of Pond, Lehocky, Stern & Giordano to retract allegations made against a Republican state representative who is running for re-election.
