A man convicted of fraud for working while receiving benefits was ordered to pay $16,727 in restitution to Texas Mutual Insurance Co., the carrier announced.
Richard R. Gutierrez, of Seguin, filed a claim for an injury sustained while working as a merchandiser for Tri-City Distributors LP in New Braunfels.
