The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries announced that the owner of an auto repair shop in Kennewick pleaded guilty to failing to provide workers’ compensation coverage for his employees for the second time.
Rodney E. Dietrich, 47, pleaded guilty to a felony of operating without comp coverage and was sentenced to 30 days of electronic home monitoring, L&I said.
