DWC Announces 2025 Medical Fee Conversion Factors

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation announced a 3.5% increase in conversion factors. For services provided in calendar year 2025, the new Medical Fee Guideline conversion factor is $70.18, compared to $67.81 for 2024. The conversion factor applies to evaluation and management, general medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, radiology, pathology, anesthesia and surgery performed in an office setting.
