Pennsylvania business and insurance interests are hoping the state House of Representatives will take another stab at a hotly debated bill that would create a drug formulary for workers' compensation, despite indications that the governor will likely veto it.
SB 936 passed the state Senate by a wide margin in October, but failed on a 98-98 vote in the House last month. House staff members and advocates for the bill say the measure may still have a chance, because some key supporters were absent at the Feb. 6 vote.
