A Texas appellate court upheld the summary dismissal of a worker’s claim for negligence and retaliation as time-barred. Concepcion Benavidez worked as a certified nursing assistant at Cimarron Place Health & Rehabilitation Center. The facility is operated by Cascade-Nueces Health Services Ltd.
