Amazon Can't Join Injured Worker's Prior Employer as Defendant to Claim

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that Amazon.com was not entitled to join an injured employee’s prior employer as a defendant in her claim and that she was entitled to benefits for her shoulder injury.
