Observers Say States Moving Away From National Commission Recommendations

Industry observers who gathered in Washington, D.C., Monday to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the National Commission on State Workers’ Compensation report said states have been moving further away from the panel’s recommendations over the last 30 years.
