Maximum Weekly Benefit Increasing 10%

The maximum weekly benefit will increase 10% on July 1, the New York Workers’ Compensation Board announced. The board on April 27 said the maximum weekly benefit will be $1,063.05 for compensable claims with dates of injury from July 1 through June 30, 2022. The maximum weekly benefit for dates of injury from July 1, 2020, through June 30 is $966.78.
