CMS Releases Draft RFP for Comp Review Contractor

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released a draft request for proposal for the position of workers’ compensation review contractor. Written comments are due to Stephen.Stoyer@cms.hhs.gov by 11 a.m. EST on Dec. 7. When preparing comments, respondents should be specific and detailed when proposing modifications, including citing specific sections of the draft RFP and offering complete alternative language, the RFP says.
