Court Rejects Constitutional Challenge to Billing Statute, Finds Carrier Not Liable for Bills

The Arizona Court of Appeals rejected a constitutional challenge to a statute governing billing for medical treatment and found that a carrier was not liable for payment of a provider’s bills that had not been properly submitted.
