The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted a reminder that applications for Return-to-Work Supplement Program benefits will be denied if they don’t meet certain requirements.
Senate Bill 863 created the $120 million Return-to-Work Supplement Program, which provides a one-time additional payment of $5,000 to injured workers who received a Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit voucher.
