The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that temporary disability benefits will increase 13.5% in 2022 to match an increase in the state’s average weekly wage.
The maximum temporary total disability rate will increase to $1,539.71 from $1,356.31, while the minimum TTD will increase to $230.95 from $203.44, the division announced Monday.
