Pre-Filed Bill Would Give Mental Health Task Force Five Years to Finalize Recommendations

A task force charged with studying the compensability of mental health claims filed by first responders in Utah would have until late 2025 to finalize any recommendations under legislation pre-filed ahead of the legislative session that starts in January.
