By Greg Jones, reporterMitchell International Inc. announced Wednesday it is acquiring the medical bill review business segment of Ingenix, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group.The transaction will give Mitchell International a market share greater than 30% in the bill review market, said Nina Smith-Garmon, senior vice president and general manager of the company's Workers' Compensation Solutions Division.
