Origami Appoints Heidi Melin as Independent Director

Origami Risk on Tuesday announced the appointment of Heidi Melin as an independent director. The company said the appointment reflects its strategy to enhance the firm’s governance as it continues to grow. Melin will join current board members Robert Petrie, CEO; Steve Fischer, vice president of development; Rick Stearns, CFO; and Mike Farrell, managing director of Spectrum Equity.
