DWC Adopts Revised EDI Forms

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation adopted changes to a pair of electronic data interchange forms. Carriers are required to report claim and medical billing data to the division. The revised forms are used for carriers and trading partners to update their profiles and designate medical compliance coordinators. The DWC revised two forms: EDI-01, EDI Trading Partner Profile.
