Walmart agreed to pay $500,000 to settle allegations that it failed to follow prescription pricing procedures created to prevent overcharges in the workers’ compensation system, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced.
The Attorney General’s Office alleged that Walmart engaged in unfair and deceptive acts and practices by overcharging work comp payers for prescription drugs since 2016.
