Bill Would Redefine MMI, Cut Duration of Wage-Loss Benefits

Lawmakers in Louisiana are considering legislation that would revise key aspects of the state’s workers' compensation system, including how maximum medical improvement is defined and how long certain wage-loss benefits are paid.
