Defendant Granted Relief From Default in Civil Suit for Damages

A Florida appellate court ruled that a defendant should have been granted relief from its default to an injured worker’s suit for damages. Personal Staffing does business as Barnett, a labor staffing company. Barnett entered into a service agreement with Brightview Landscape Services Inc.
