Fee Schedules, Supplemental Fund Last Pieces of SB 863 to be Put in Place

Rules to implement the new requirements for medical provider networks that took effect in August 2014 were the last of the major cost-cutting provisions of Senate Bill 863 to be enacted, but California regulators still have more work ahead of them to finish implementing the reform measure.
