David W. Fish walked away from nearly $70 million in liens in 2009, but apparently he didn’t turn his back on the workers’ compensation system he was convicted of defrauding. Fish worked in some capacity for Trestles Pain Specialists, a Southern California firm that markets to doctors compound analgesic topical creams, according to a complaint filed by a mail-order compounding pharmacy.
