WCA Posts Draft Rule Revisions

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration posted a draft of revised rules to its website for public comment. The WCA in January announced that it was undertaking a rule review and would post proposed changes by the middle of April. The rules were developed internally, based in part on suggestions from the public. System users will have a chance to weigh in on the draft revisions in May and July.
