LWCC Expediting $86M Dividend

The board of directors for the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corp. announced plans to expedite an $86 million dividend in response to the COVID-19 crisis. About 20,000 businesses that employ more than 165,000 workers in the state will receive a check, the carrier said. Checks will be mailed by April 10.
