Municipal Worker Fails to Prove Claim for Psychiatric Treatment

A Florida appellate court upheld the denial of a municipal worker’s request for psychiatric treatment. Edward Koren worked for the City of Kissimmee. He suffered injuries at work in December 2019 when a board gave way on a deck he was repairing.
