Oklahoma lawmakers introduced a bill for the 2025 session that would prevent unpaid interns and other workers from receiving workers' compensation benefits if they are injured. Sen. Ally Seifried, R-Claremore, pre-filed SB 95 for the legislative session that convenes Feb. 3.
