Workers Win Labor Law Claim; Building Owner Prevails on Third-Party Claims

A New York appellate court ruled that a group of workers were entitled to summary judgment on their Labor Law claim for a scaffold collapse and that the property owner was entitled to summary judgment on its claims for indemnification and breach of contract against their employer.
