WCS: 38% of COVID-19 Claims Accepted

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section reported in the winter edition of its newsletter that a little more than one-third of the claims for COVID-19 that were filed through Nov. 30 were accepted. A total of 810 claims were filed and processed in the Claims and Regulatory Data System, also known as CARDS, according to an article in the Nevada Workers’ Compensation Chronicle.
