Claimants' Firm Says No Quid Pro Quo in Alleged Kickback Scheme With Pharmacy

What began with an investigation into a nationwide mail-order pharmacy's opioid dispensing practices has led to kickback allegations against one of the largest workers' compensation claimants' firms in Massachusetts. Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced that her office has filed a civil suit enforcement action against Keches Law Group, charging it with accepting more than $90,000 in kickbacks in return for referring some 800 clients to Injured Workers Pharmacy, a mail-order company based in Massachusetts.
