The state House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a bill that would prevent undocumented workers from receiving workers’ compensation benefits.
The vote on House Bill 380 was largely along party lines, with no Republicans in opposition and two Democrats — Reps. Bill Patmon and John Barnes, both from Cleveland — voting to support the measure.
