The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that an injured nursing assistant was entitled to a change of physician, additional medical treatment and a 7% impairment rating.
Chelsea Otis worked for the North Hills Surgery Center as a certified nursing assistant. She injured her back in December 2015 while prepping a patient for surgery.
