A Lansdale, Pa., workers' compensation attorney was disbarred on consent Feb. 27, according to court records.Gregory Robert Noonan volunteered for his disbarring in the wake of his alleged misrepresentation in a workers' compensation case in September 2004, and his December arrest after he allegedly sold an undercover police officer prescription pills.Noonan, a practicing attorney since 1987, was arrested in late December for allegedly selling more than 300 oxycodone pills to a police officer posing as a drug buyer, the Pennsylvania Record has reported.
