The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has adopted its fiscal year 2023 research agenda for the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group, the agency said.
The agenda includes an update of medical costs and utilization, with extra attention on the cost and utilization of office visits and physical medicine services.
The agenda also calls for an analysis of injured worker access to medical care, including an assessment of access through certified work comp health care networks.
