Supreme Court Says Medical Commission Should Have Decided Causation Dispute

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a dispute over causation for a worker’s claimed neck injury should have been referred to the state Medical Commission instead of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Joseph Polzer suffered injuries in December 2020 while inspecting an underground fiber optics project.
