Comp and Hearings Divisions Sign MOU for Contested Cases

Wisconsin’s Workers’ Compensation Division and Division of Hearings and Appeals signed a memorandum of understanding outlining how they will handle contested workers’ compensation hearings to implement 2015 reforms that transferred adjudicatory functions from one agency to the other.
