The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that in-person hearings will resume March 21 at all district offices except Eureka.
In-person hearings will consist of trials, lien trials, expedited hearings and Special Adjudication Unit trials only, the DWC said.
The decision to return to in-person hearings was made in light of falling COVID-19 positivity rates and Gov. Gavin Newsom’s plan for the next phase of the response to the pandemic, the division said in a statement.
