WCD Posts List of Carriers, Self-Insurers Required to Report Medical Data

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Thursday published a bulletin listing the insurers and self-insured employers that are required to electronically submit detailed work comp medical bill and payment data. The division added XL Insurance America Inc. to the list of carriers required to electronically report claim data. Last year, the division added Hartford Fire Insurance Co. to the insurer list.
