DWC Announces New Deputy Commissioner for Hearings

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that Allen Craddock will take over as deputy commissioner for hearings and that Kerry Sullivan is retiring. Craddock is currently director of hearings. He is board-certified in workers’ compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to joining DWC in 2013, he practiced full time in workers’ compensation representing medical providers, injured workers and employers.
